1. To enable a password reset on Pro-View device you would need to provide some information from the recorder
2. Right click on the live screen of the recorder and select configure
3. 
4. Then select System Information
5. Please supplier the date that has been set on the recorder (for a password reset code to work correctly need to match the date on the recorder when creating a reset code)
6. Now provide the MAC: address on the recorder ie - 00:17:4F:17:F1:AC
7. Once the information has been provided to Traders Warehouse they will generate a reset code to be entered on the recorder
8. Now close the current open windows and select System Setup
9. Enter the Reset Code provided - (this code just provides access to the recorder so that it can be reset)
10. Now in the System Setup option- Select Utility and then Reset Configuration
11. 
12. You will be asked to confirm reset and the recorder will reboot and the password will either be set to the default recorder password or you will be required to set a new password (setting a new password need a minimum of 6x characters and must contain a mixture of letters and numbers.
