How to request a password reset for BITVISION Recorder Print

1. At the User login screen select Forgot Password

3. At the Safety Verification Screen, Select Dynamic Password

5. Now contact Traders Warehouse Tech Support and Provide them with the Serial Number displayed on the screen

7. Traders Warehouse Tech Support will then provide a Dynamic Password reset code.
