1. Find the model of the recorder by checking the sticker on the device, like in the example below ie-DGD1008(UK)
2. Head over to the following website https://www.avtech.com.tw/EOL.aspx to get the firmware, make sure you have selected the correct model of device, contact Traders Warehouse Tech Support if unsure.
2. Download the firmware file and put it along with upgradeAuto_Reboot.bin
(attachment link below) onto a blank memory stick.
3. Shut Down the DVR/NVR
4. Remove HDD and network cables. Only power cable, HDMI monitor, and mouse remained.
5. Format this USB to FAT32 by a PC (This is default, just ensure it’s a blank USB
6. Plug in the USB flash drive on the right USB port
7. Turn on the DVR/NVR. The upgrading process will show up on the screen
8. After upgrading, DVR/NVR will reboot, and work again with newer firmware and reset file.
